Andy completed his massage therapy training through the Body Therapy Institute in Siler City in 2013, and is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy. He has practiced privately and in spas in Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, and Carrboro. His training is grounded in Classical Swedish massage and myofascial (deep tissue) techniques. He has also been trained in Bamboo Fusion massage, Clinical Massage Strategies, Neuromuscular Therapy, Thai Massage for the table, basic cupping techniques, and Neural Reset Therapy (NRT). He is passionate about the amazing capabilities and astounding results of using NRT in conjunction with a blend of relaxing Swedish and myofascial techniques. He works to improve clients’ health by resolving the root of their issues, not simply relieving symptoms.

Christina Skiles, LMT #17072
I'm a licensed massage therapist of 5 years having graduated from Miller-Motte Community College with honors in 2017.
I am a proud mother of 3 amazing children who works in a local Fayetteville spa as well as privately.
My modalities of training are Swedish and deep tissue massage, prenatal, sports, foot reflexology, and cupping.
In the future, I would like to specialize in hip and glute work as well as spinal issues. I know from personal experience how much these areas effect our daily lives but are also often neglected in regular massage routines. My goal with this is to help people live a happier, more pain-free lifestyle.

Casey Honeycutt, LMT #19728
I work at Spa By Jing in Cary, while I'm starting my own business - slowly transitioning. I specialize in trigger point therapy, myofascial release, PNF, Thai, ashiatsu, lymphatic drainage, reiki, reflexology and relaxation. My motto is, "It's a conversation with the muscles, not a confrontation." I have a background in rock climbing, so I facilitate my body mechanics and techniques to be as effective, efficient and painless as possible.

Ash Wirth
Ash Wirth, LMT, MLDT is a graduate of Heritage Institute of Jacksonville, Florida. He has been practicing massage since 2004. Upon graduating he continued to further his education by attending the Vodder School and became a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT). He spent 11 years working in Jacksonville, Florida as a CMLDT for the Jacksonville Lymphedema Clinic, where he helped treat clients who suffered from Lymphedema. In 2017 he moved back to his hometown of Lincolnton, NC and briefly worked in behavioral health before going into partnership and opening his first massage establishment, All You Knead Massage & Bodywork. He believes that receiving massage can help nourish our body, mind & spirit connection, which in return can benefit our relationship with ourselves & everyone around us.
Ash’s focus is relieving the body of tension while creating a safe and nurturing environment. He intuitively incorporates a mix of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, assisted stretching and cupping therapy in each session based on his client’s needs.
“Massage has so many benefits for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Pain relief from sore muscles, increased flexibility, relaxation, mental clarity, improved circulation, sports recovery and injury prevention. I became a massage therapist because I have personally felt these amazing effects from massage, and I want to help others achieve optimal health and reach peak performance potential.”

Jeremy Pridgens
I am a coastal local, and an ex-IT professional of 18 years. I have found that there's a lot of overlap in the troubleshooting and diagnostic practices of both people and machines.
